Celebrate a Shark Week of your very own in the La Jolla Cove on Saturday.
The Birch Aquarium will host a snorkeling session where participants can learn about the sharks and their ecosystem. They will also offer some snorkeling tips.
Participants should have intermediate swimming skills and previous snorkeling experience is recommended. Participants must supply their own gear and be 10 years of age or older. Minors must be accompanied by a paid adult.
Cost of participation is $25 for members of the Birch Aquarium and $30 for the public. Register online here.
