San Diego’s cutest canines will pucker up this weekend and compete for the title of Best Kisser, Fastest Ice Cream Eater and Best Tail Wagger.
“The annual event also includes educational activities, a low-cost micro-chipping clinic, free digital pet IDs, behavioral advice and pet adoptions by local shelters,” Deb Bennetts said.
The festivities kick off Sunday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at 8020 Ronson Road in Kearny Mesa.
