There is some seriously good stuff in San Diego on Thursday, but since Thundercat at the Casbah is already sold out, and you had to win tickets to the Local Natives show at the Belly Up, your best option for greatness tonight is with Danish rockers Mew at the Observatory. They're joined by the Dodos from San Francisco, who we love a whole bunch after seeing them numerous times at the Casbah. Still, if that's not your jam, there's a big cumbia party at the Ken Club, so you can keep the Mexican Independence Day party going a little longer. Soda Bar represents with San Pedro el Cortez, and Sycamore Den has a great little lineup with Vanwave, Zella Crane, and the Cardielles to round out just a selection of your Thursday night awesomeness.
