Sounds Like San Diego: Nov. 24

Jackie Greene, former Black Crowes member, spreads his wings at Observatory Tuesday

Some interesting and international musical choices are at your fingertips this Tuesday night in San Diego. Mexican pop legend Yuri performs at Symphony Hall, while Malaysian singer-songwriter Yuna appears at the Casbah. BØRNS -- who I saw just a little over a year ago in a mostly empty room --has finally caught on and sold-out the Belly Up, though you can get a sample of his set at a free performance at Quartyard earlier in the afternoon. Former Black Crowes member Jackie Greene returns to the Observatory for the second time this year with his roots and blues music, while Agnostic Front side project Madball hit up Soda Bar. If you're off of work this week, you can certainly get your fair share of great music before the holiday.
