The city of Industry has approved selling bonds for infrastructure improvements that would support a proposed $800 million stadium complex that has been talked about as a possible home for the Chargers, the VoiceofSanDiego.org reported.
The $500 million bond measure includes non-stadium improvements.
A lawsuit is expected to move forward if the city approves an environmental impact report Thursday, the paper reported.
