Fox's Pam Oliver is one of the best (and feistiest) sideline reporters anywhere. Yesterday, during the Giants-Steelers game, Oliver was giving her report on camera when she ... um ... err ... forgot what she was going to say.
In the world of live television, people (especially journalists) tend to keep talking with a lot of filler words and such when they lose their train of thought. Sometimes they just tell you what you are seeing on camera to buy some time (paging Chris Myers). Oliver did the noble thing and admitted she forgot, which led to Troy Aikman saying she was having "a senior moment."
She came back on a few minutes later to finish her thought, but it wouldn't erase the embarrassment.
