After a week of nearly non-stop rehabilitation, Hines Ward says his knee is good enough to practice.
Ward told reporters that he's hopeful that he'll be able to participate in practice without wearing a brace. But he also admitted that there's no chance he'll be at 100 percent this weekend.
It's hard to know whether Ward will be more or less affected by the knee injuries than other receivers. On one hand, he already is one of the slower receivers around, so it's not like an extra step will make that much difference -- he's not going to run by Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, no matter how well he sells his fake.
