The Chargers made their first off-season adjustments on Monday, releasing four coaches.
Let go were secondary coaches Bill Bradley and Kevin Ross. The Chargers ranked next-to-last in the league in passing defense.
Also gone as of Tuesday were tight-ends coach Clacy Barone and offensive-line coach Jack Henry. The offensive line suffered a few key injuries, but even when its members were healthy, the unit never lived up to expectations -- LaDainian Tomlinson had the worst rushing year of his eight-year career.
There is no word yet on who will be replacing the departing coaches.
