Chargers-Miami Game Blacked Out

The game blackout is the first of the season for the San Diego Chargers.

With 6,500 tickets unsold, the San Diego Chargers game against the Miami Dolphins scheduled for Sunday at Qualcomm Stadium will be blacked out.

It's the first Chargers blackout of the season.

The game is scheduled to begin at 1:15 p.m. PT Qualcomm Stadium.

The game will be a homecoming of sorts for Dolphins running back Reggie Bush, a Helix High graduate playing in San Diego for the first time in his NFL career.

The NFL requires any game not sold out 72 hours before kickoff must be blacked out to the local television audience (which is within a 75-mile zone).

The next Chargers home game will be against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, Nov. 6.
