Padres Overpower Brewers for Second Straight Win

For the first time in over a month the Padres have won back to back games. Their 6-2 win at Miller Park was a solid all-around effort. Will Venable and Nick Hundley both homered. Jedd Gyorko made two impressive defensive plays at second base and starter Tyson Ross (1-4) won for the first time since May 14th, 2012. Even Mark Kotsay, mired in an 0-for-25 slump, had three hits and drove in a run.

The Padres will try and make it three in a row over the Ryan Brawn-less Brewers Wednesday night in Milwaukee.
