No Blackout for Chargers Game

Let there be football.

The blackout was lifted for the San Diego Chargers' final preseason game Thursday against the San Francisco 49ers, the team announced Wednesday evening.

The game, which kicks off at 7 p.m. at Qualcomm Stadium, will air live on KFMB in San Diego and KCBS in Los Angeles and Orange County. Ron Pitts and commentator Billy Ray Smith will call the game.

The game can be heard on the radio on XTRA Sports 1360 AM and KIOZ Rock 105.3 FM. Josh Lewin and Hank Bauer head the booth, and Mike Costa reports from the sideline. In Spanish, Jorge Villanueva and Dante Lazcano are on Pulsar 107.3 FM in San Diego and KWKW 1330 AM in Los Angeles.

Fans can still purchase general admission and Club-level tickets for the game.

Ticket packages include a special two-game option to attend the Packers-Chargers game on Nov. 6. More details are available at Chargers.com or by calling (800) 745-3000.

The Chargers’ ticket office is open week days from 8 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Gate C at Qualcomm Stadium.
