Some fans are concerned that the frigid temperatures expected this weekend in Pittsburgh could have an effect on the Chargers' hot streak.
Whenever a team from a warm-weather city plays in the cold, people assume the warm-weather team has a disadvantage. A lot of that has to do with a streak the Tampa Bay Buccaneers went through, losing 20 straight games when the temperature was below 40 degrees.
The Chargers have actually played well, however, in recent cold-weather games because they can run the football and stop the run.
So who are the Bolt's ultimate cold-weather beaters: Shaun Phillips and Philip Rivers don't seem to mind the western Pennsylvania cold.
"Weather doesn't play a part when it comes to the playoffs, you know, because both teams play in the same conditions," Phillips said.
"It's the same for both teams ... they obviously, are more used to it," Rivers told the media at a news conference.
"One thing you can't control: You never can control the weather, so, therefore, that's the last thing on your mind," Phillips added.
