Chiles Becomes Sockers 2nd Leading Scorer

Chiles nets historic goal in final minutes

It was Milestone Thursday with the San Diego Sockers.

Kraig Chiles scored his 255th career goal against Atletico Baja. It came with about 6 minutes to play in the final quarter.

With that goal, Chiles passed Juli Vee as the 2nd leading scorer in club history.

The Sockers stopped the game and honored Chiles. Veee was also in attendance and joined Chiles and Sockers general manager John Kentera on the field for a nice presentation.

The Sockers went on to win the game 8-1.
