The Chargers tried to keep their usual Monday routine, but it was a bit different being in London. That's where the Chargers will play the New Orleans Saints on Sunday at Wembley Stadium.
"The facilities here are top notch -- they've really done a nice job," running back LaDainian Tomlinson said. Tomlinson is coming off a 41-yard game in a 23-14 loss to the Bills on Sunday. LT said he thinks the turf in England will be just fine to run,and cut on.
The Chargers are a very popular team, but they're wondering who the fans in London will pull for?
"I've been here for pre-season games," Head Coach Norv Turner said. "Those games were exciting, and this one will be even better."
Quarterback Philip Rivers put it all in perspective: "This is a critical game for both teams, we're both three and four."
The Chargers will take Tuesday off and enjoy London. Then they'll be back on the practice field Wednesday.
