More than a couple of us believe one of the Chargers’ greatest coaches Don Coryell should be in the NFL Hall of Fame. Under Coryell's tutelage, both the San Diego Chargers and the San Diego State Aztecs became a powerful force. Coryell coached the Chargers from 1978 to 1986. His offense, known as "Air Coryell," changed the way football was played.
