Blackout Lifted for Chargers-Raiders Game

The blackout has been lifted for Thursday night’s game between the Chargers and Oakland Raiders.

The NFL Network guaranteed the purchase of enough tickets to lift the blackout and most of the unsold tickets to pre-selected local military personnel and soldiers recovering at Balboa Navy Hospital.

"We are happy to help make sure football fans in Southern California get a chance to see this week's Raiders-Chargers Thursday Night Football game on NFL Network and KSWB," said Kim Williams, COO of NFL Network.  “We are also pleased to donate the tickets as we can never do enough for the deserving men and women in our military.”

Fans can still purchase general seats as well as Club seats by going to the Chargers’ ticket office at Gate C at Qualcomm Stadium. They also can go to the Chargers’ website or contact TicketMaster at 619-220-TIXS (8497).
