BMX rider Arielle Martin who had to pull out of the London 2012 Games because of injury is well enough to get back on two wheels.

Martin shared an Instagram with her Twitter followers on Monday saying "Liver/lung approved neighborhood spin for fresh air."

After earning a spot on the U.S. Olympics Team, Martin seriously injured herself on the BMX training course at the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center.
