Anxious Aztecs Ready to Rally

Their confidence shaken a little bit by a mini losing streak, the Aztecs are anxious to play on their home court this weekend.

After a pair of losses to Arizona, and St. Mary's, the Aztecs are back home this Saturday afternoon to host UC Santa Barbara.

The Aztecs are now 7-3, and looking to get back on track according to forward Kyle Spain.

"Every time you lose, you have to look back and do a little extra. That's what we're doing right now. We should be ready to go on Saturday," Spain said.

The contest is the first of three straight home games for SDSU as it will welcome Cal State Northridge and Arkansas-Pine Bluff to Montezuma Mesa on Dec. 22 and 29, respectively, to close out 2008.
