Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - Andrew Bynum scored a team-best 24 points, including a key putback bucket in the waning moments of the fourth, and the Los Angeles Lakers went on to post a 108-105 victory over the Miami Heat at Staples Center.
Kobe Bryant had 19 points on 5-of-14 shooting with seven assists, while Derek Fisher had a game-high 11 helpers and 13 points for LA, which has won three straight and nine of 10 overall.
Pau Gasol logged a game-high 18 rebounds and scored 14 for the Lakers, while Vladimir Radmanovic drained four three-pointers en route to 18 points.
The Lakers, now 20-2 at Staples Center, bounced back with a second consecutive home win after having their 15-game win streak as the host snapped by New Orleans on Tuesday.
Dwyane Wade logged a game-high 27 points and nine assists while rookie Michael Beasley scored 16 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter in a highly competitive game down the stretch.

Gasol grabbed an offensive board and his putback started a run of seven straight Lakers points. Radmanovic nailed a three and two free throws from Gasol provided for a 96-90 LA lead with four minutes left.
Beasley, though, kept Miami in the game down the stretch, scoring 12 straight points for the Heat from there -- and trimming the club's deficit to 102-100 just inside the final minute.
Wade followed Beasley's stretch with a theft of Bryant and passed ahead to Udonis Haslem for a slam that tied the game with 38.6 on the clock.
Bynum's putback in traffic off a Bryant miss put LA back in front by two with 18.5 to play and Quinn couldn't connect on a three from the right corner. Radmanovic hit two at the line, leaving only 6.6 on the clock, but Cook hit a quick three from the left corner to make it a one-point game with 4.2 to go.
Bryant, though, hit two from the line and Cook's last-second three-pointer fell short, giving the Lakers a familiar home victory.
The Lakers had a 26-21 lead after 12 minutes but the Heat staged the first of several comebacks in the second, as seven straight Miami points from Wade tied the game at 34. The game was close for the remainder of the frame, and Miami led 51-50 at the half.
LA opened up an 11-point advantage after scoring the first 12 points of the second half. Back-to-back three-pointers from Bryant and then Fisher pushed the lead to 13 with three minutes left in the third but Miami closed strong with 13 points -- interrupted only by a three-pointer from Bryant -- and the Heat trailed by only four, 77-73, heading to the fourth.
