As we are reporting on the issues, we will add the stories to this article so you can reference it when looking for information ahead of going to the polls.

Here are the races and measures we've covered so far:

Your vote will help decide whether rent control is a solution for California's affordable housing crisis. NBC 7's Steven Luke has a closer look at Prop 10, one of the general election's most debated propositions.

If passed, Proposition 10 would repeal a state law restricting rent control. NBC 7's Steven Luke spoke to people on both sides of the fight.

In three weeks, California voters will decide if they want to keep or nix a gas tax approved by state legislators last year. Prop 6 will ask Californians if they want to repeal that tax. NBC 7's Dave Summers reports that a yes vote means you want the tax to go away, and a no vote means you’d prefer if it stayed.

NBC 7's Artie Ojeda sorts out some of the key differences between Measure E and G, the rival plans to re-develop the Mission Valley stadium site where the Chargers once played. Measure E is known to most people as Soccer City and Measure G is the ballot name for SDSU West.

In November voters will decide on Proposition YY, a $3.5 billion bond that will increase property taxes by $60 per $100,000 of assessed home value for 39 years. The District is presenting the measure as part of its master plan to make all schools a place where students can feel safe. NBC 7's Rory Devine looks at the measure and talks with the San Diego County Taxpayers Association that opposes it.

Measure Q  could decide the fate of marijuana dispensaries and manufacturers in Chula Vista. If voters don't approve it, things will stay just like they are now: Absolutely no legal marijuana manufacturing or dispensaries in city limits.

If the yes votes prevail, that means licensed shops can open and the city can tax manufacturing, cultivation and testing sites, as well as dispensaries and delivery services anywhere from 5 to 15 percent.

NBC 7’s Ashley Matthews details Measure Q which will go before Chula Vista voters on Election Day.

When emergencies happen, seconds can be the difference between life and death, and the Yes on Proposition 11 campaign is concerned ambulance response times could increase if the proposition fails. As Omari Fleming reports, the California Nonpartisan Legislative Analyst's Office says complying with the ruling would increase ambulance companies’ costs by nearly $100 million each year, statewide. If Prop 11 fails, the Legislative Analyst's Office notes ambulance companies might have to charge more for services and lengthen response times.

Prop 11 would impact private ambulance companies. NBC 7's Omari Fleming has more on the proposed changes to the emergency responders.
