‘Rogue One' Unreleased Content to Stream Exclusively on Twitter

Fans will have the opportunity to submit questions for the director and the cast via Twitter

Twitter will exclusively stream a "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" event Friday, Dec. 2, Variety reported. The event is set to include unreleased footage from the film, as well as a Q&A with the director, Gareth Edwards. Cast members will also join the Q&A.

Fans will be able to submit questions via Twitter using the hashtag #AskRogueOne.

"Our collaboration with Disney and People will give fans fresh and exciting live 'Star Wars' content that they can view and tweet about all on the same platform," Twitter COO Anthony Noto said, according to Variety.

The live-streaming event is being hosted by People magazine, and will start on at 10 am Pacific time. Video for the event will be available at RogueOne.twitter.com.

Fans can also check it out on the @StarWars and @people accounts, and on Twitter apps for Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Xbox. To have a Star Wars Twitter emoji appear on their tweets, fans can use the hashtags #RogueOne, #DeathStar, #StarWars and #StarWarsRogueOne.
