Taliban Storms Afghan Intelligence HQ

The headquarters of the Afghan intelligence agency came under Taliban attack Saturday morning killing at least three civilians, NBC News reported. The complex in the city of Jalalabad was first hit by a massive suicide car bomb explosion, which was then followed by a number of armed militants storming the building, who staged the attack from a nearby building, a police official told NBC News. In the six-hour siege, two security guards and three civilians and at least 21 civilians injured.
