Morgan Spurlock's latest film is conceptually brilliant: a movie about product placement in films, funded entirely by product placement.
"POM Wonderful Presents The Greatest Movie Ever Sold" follows Spurlock as he makes his pitch to different businesses, interviews people about how pervasive product placement is and talks to Ralph Nader (of course) about it's effects.
One guy in the trailer thinks we should see pop-up messages telling us every time we're being advertised to--which frankly, is nonsense. Imagine what your TV or movie screen would look like--hell, if they did it just for Stella Artois (not an ad), people would be having seizures all over the country. But whatever...
