More than 150 demonstrators took to the streets of Madison, Wisconsin on Wednesday to protest a county prosecutor's decision not to charge a police officer in the March shooting death of an unarmed teenager, NBC News reported. Protesters chanted "No justice, no peace," as some staged sit-ins outside of government buildings in the state capital. The officer, Matt Kenny, was "pleased" — but "not elated" — after Dane County prosecutor Ismael Ozanne concluded Kenny used lawful force when he shot the 19-year-old Robinson seven times, Kenny's lawyer said. "It's not lost on him that a family has suffered a tremendous loss, regardless of the circumstances," attorney James Palmer, of the Wisconsin Professional Police Association, told NBC News.
