At a Labor Day event in Wisconsin Monday, President Barack Obama said the U.S. economy is progressing, despite a stubborn Congress. "They say no to everything," Obama said, drawing "boos" from a Milwaukee crowd at Laborfest. The President also spoke to the progression of the economy saying, "by almost every measure, the American economy and American workers are better off than when I took office." He urged the crowd to vote in the upcoming midterm elections and "rise against the opposition," meaning Congress.
