Missouri has executed a former methamphetamine dealer convicted of killing three people in the state over fear that they'd report his drug activity, the Associated Press reported. John Middleton, 54, was put to death Wednesday in the sixth execution in Missouri this year. Attorneys for Middleton claimed he was innocent and mentally ill.
