Mark Zuckerberg Lost $5.9 Billion on Facebook IPO

Facebook's less than stellar debut on the NASDAQ hasn't been hard just on investors, co-founder Mark Zuckerberg has also lost billions.

The young CEO is still one of the richest men in the country but he recently fell off of Bloomberg's billionaire list, which tracks the top 40 billionaires.

Now it is being reported that Zuckerberg has lost $5.9 billion since his company went public last month.

And he's not alone.

Several of the Menlo Park-based social network's early employees have also upwards of a billion dollars.

Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz has lost $1.6 billion on paper and Sean Parker has lost $820 million on paper.
