1 lb. pastrami
Hearty rolls
Swiss or Gruyere, shredded
1 package sauerkraut
Caraway seeds

For spicy Russian sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 Tbsp. relish
1 1/2 tsp. Sriracha

Mix all ingredients for spicy Russian sauce. Fill squeeze bottle with wide mouth lid so relish does not get stuck. 

Slice open roll and fill open side up. Drizzle generously with Russian sauce. Top with pastrami, sauerkraut, cheese and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Wrap each roll into a foil pocket with the seam up. Place foil pockets on a low to medium grill with lid on to warm and melt cheese for about five minutes.
