Car Strikes Pedestrians Near British Parliament, Suspect Killed

Proceedings at Britain's House of Commons were suspended on March 22, after witnesses say they heard gunfire outside Parliament and multiple victims hit by a car at nearby Westminster Bridge. A suspect was shot by police, according to David Lidington, leader of the Commons.
