Trump lived in the 1940 Tudor-style home until he was 4 years old, when his family moved to another home his father had built nearby.

The home was sold at auction in March. Bidders had to place their offers in writing to the real estate agency as well as submit 10 percent of their offer via bank check or wire to Paramount's offices.

In October, the owner canceled an auction due to the significant last-minute interest in the house. Then an anonymous buyer purchased it and is now offering it at auction again.

The agency said the original auction was postponed two months ago to give prospective bidders more time to evaluate the property.
Trump's former home was listed on the market for $1.6 million during the summer, but later reduced to $1.39 million.
Auction house Paramount Realty USA said in March the house had sold for $2.14 million, more than 50 percent profit for the seller.
