The body of a dead newborn girl was discovered in the garbage outside a sorority house at Muskingum University in Ohio, NBC News reported. The baby, who authorities said was only hours old, was found Thursday in a plastic bag outside the Delta Gamma Theta house, authorities told NBC affiliate WCMH. Investigators identified the baby's mother as a student at the school, WCMH reported. No charges were immediately filed.
