Barack Obama Gets Most Popular Tweet of All Time

The president gets the most popular tweet of all time, according to reports.

It was a simple yet pretty picture of President Barack Obama hugging his wife, Michelle, but it was the text which made the difference, "Four more years."

Just minutes after it was tweeted, it became the most retweeted tweet of all time, the Atlantic reported. Twitter so far reports that the photo has been retweeted more than 443,000 times.(as of 10:43 p.m PT.) The photo has also garnered more than 1.6 million "Likes" on Facebook.

The photo, which shows a content Obama hugging his wife in a heartwarming embrace, apparently evoked something in people who shared it on social media. The message may have had something to do with that, too.

Obama also may have the second-highest tweet, a short message saying, "This happened because of you. Thank you."

So far, Twitter hasn't confirmed the most-retweeted tweet of all time, but it's likely that the president may have beaten previous record-holder, Justin Bieber.
