What a hoot! A sheriff’s deputy in Boulder County, Colorado, met her match when she attempted to stare down a northern saw-whet owl.
The deputy was driving when she saw the owl in the road and tried to convince it to move. The owl refused to budge and even made clicking noises of apparent disapproval at the officer.
The staredown continued for several minutes before the owl finally flew away.
