Waco, Texas, police have arrested a 33-year-old woman who they said attacked her estranged husband with a Molotov cocktail and a hammer.
Angela Alexandor was being held Friday morning at the McLennan County jail on $41,000 bond. She is charged with aggravated assault of a family member, attempted arson and criminal mischief.
Police said Alexandor went to the victim's house Wednesday night and unsuccessfully tried to light the cocktail. They said the husband confronted her and she then doused him with gasoline and tried to set him on fire. Officers said when that didn't work, she hit him in the head with the hammer.
The husband suffered minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
Online jail records didn't list an attorney for Alexandor.
