A 17-year-old upstate New York boy has been arrested after he allegedly posted a video on Instagram bragging about beating up another teen, police say.
The Times Union of Albany reports the Schenectady teen was charged last week with assault and criminal mischief.
Police say he punched a teen in the face and stomped on his cellphone at a party in Brunswick in Rensselaer County on April 19. He then appeared in a video on Instagram bragging about the beating.
The boy turned himself in Wednesday.
