A second man has been convicted in a scheme to blow up an Indianapolis house as part of an insurance scam — a plot that left a neighboring couple dead.
Bob Leonard, 57, was convicted of all 51 counts, including 2 counts of murder, by a grand jury Wednesday, NBC affiliate WTHR reported.
The blast, fueled by natural gas and gasoline, left neighbors John "Dion" Longworth and Jennifer Longworth dead and 80 homes destroyed or damaged, prosecutors have said. The explosion caused an estimated $4 million in damage.
His half-brother and the accused ringleader of the scheme, Mark Leonard, was convicted in July and is serving a life sentence, according to prison records.
