A man unwittingly flew a drone near President Barack Obama in Hawaii, NBC News reported.
The Secret Service said the pilot was “completely unaware” that Obama’s motorcade would be traveling through the area of Oahu.
The man "immediately complied with law enforcement requests to cease and desist," the Secret Service’s statement said. No charges were filed and the motorcade did not stop or slow down because of the incident.
Obama was wrapping up a golf game and was heading back to his vacation home, where he’s spending the holidays with his family.
