A woman was arrested Friday afternoon in Point Loma after she struck a man in the head several times with a glass bong.
The suspect, identified by the San Diego Police Department as 25-year-old Layla Lugo, was arrested blocks away from the alleged attack.
Police say she got in an argument with a 30-year-old man and it turned physical.
“The suspect grabbed a glass bong and hit the victim in the head several times with it,” SDPD said.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
