Weekly San Diego Sports Preview

Here is a look at what is going on in San Diego sports for the week of May 29th to June fourth.

PADRES: After a week on the east coast, the Friars are back on the best coast and there are plenty of opportunities to catch some Padres baseball under the sun. Monday-Wednesday the Chicago Cubs are at Petco Park. Mondays game starts at 1:40 p.m., Tuesdays 7:10 p.m. and Wednesday is a getaway day for the Cubs with a 12:40 p.m. start. After an off day Thursday the Friars look to pick up a few games on the National League West leading Colorado Rockies. Friday is a 7:10 p.m. start time, Saturday is a day game a 1:10 p.m. and all fans get a pair of Padres sunglasses, Sundays game starts at 1:40 p.m but it’s also the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon so expect delays.

UNIVERSITY OF SAN DIEGO TOREROS:

-MEN’S CREW: Friday-Sunday at the IRA Nationals all day in Rancho Cordova.

UNIVERISTY OF CALIFORNIA SAN DIEGO TRITONS:

-BASEBALL: Monday at the NCAA Championships in Grand Prairie, Texas.

-MEN’S ROWING: Friday-Sunday at the IRA Nationals all day in Rancho Cordova.
