Topless Night Club Owner Sues City

The owner of the Main Attraction, Oceanside's only topless night club, has sued the city and one of its police detectives, accusing them of harassing the business, our media partner the North County Times reported.

City Attorney John Mullen denied the allegations. He said in an e-mail this week that "the city has not restricted the strip club's business activities in any way."
