Teens, Infants Survive Armed Home Invasion Robbery

Two suspects forcibly entered a home in San Ysidro Thursday and held several young victims at gunpoint, according to police.

Authorities said the home invasion robbery happened just before 5:30 p.m. on the 2200 block of Delany Drive.

A black male suspect and a Hispanic male suspect armed with guns entered a home and held a 20-year-old male victim and two 15-year-old female victims at gunpoint while they ransacked the house, according to police.

Authorities said there were also two infants inside the house at the time of the armed robbery.

None of the victims were injured.

Police said the suspects fled the house with stolen property and cash in a black four-door sedan. An unknown driver was waiting for them in the getaway car.

The Hispanic male suspect, who was armed with a handgun, is described as being in his late 20s, 5-feet-10-inches tall with a thin build and mustache. Police said he was wearing a white shirt, grey jacket, jeans, sunglasses and a grey cap at the time of the home invasion.

The black male suspect, who was armed with a shotgun, was described as being in his late 20s, 6-feet tall, with a medium build and short black hair and a goatee. He was wearing a white shirt and jeans, police said.

Police do not have a description of the suspect who was driving the getaway car.
