A juvenile was hospitalized Thursday after they were run over by a car in Mira Mesa.
The boy was run over on Westmore Road off Camino Ruiz at around 4:45 p.m., according to police.
He was transported to Rady Children's Hospital with minor injuries and underwent a CT scan.
