The driver of a tanker truck was rushed to the hospital Monday after the vehicle tipped over on State Route 78 in San Diego's North County.
The incident occurred near Moma Lane at 8:23 a.m. It's not known if another vehicle was involved.
Between 10 to 15 gallons of hydraulic fluid leaked in the crash.
California Highway Patrol officers closed the highway and rerouted traffic from 3rd street to Old Julian Highway.
Around 3 p.m., Caltrans reported via its Twitter account that lanes were open.
