A man riding a skateboard was struck and injured by a San Diego Police patrol car Sunday.
The 25-year-old man was skateboarding southbound on 11th Avenue in the East Village.
SDPD says the man crossed Broadway Avenue against a “Do Not Walk” sign.
The patrol officer didn't see the skateboarder and hit him, officials said.
A pedestrian was hit by a motorcyclist in the same spot early Saturday morning.
The skateboarder suffered minor injuries, police said.
