Deputies confirm a man who was "cold to the touch" when he was found dead inside his Imperial Beach home Monday afternoon died by suicide.
A neighbor told the San Diego County Sheriff's Department they found the man with an apparent gun shot wound to the stomach at around 4 p.m. inside 1150 14th Street south of Imperial Beach Boulevard.
