San Diego Police are hoping to raise money to rename a Chula Vista bridge after fallen Officer Jonathan "JD" DeGuzman.

Officer DeGuzman was gunned down during a traffic stop on July 28, 2016.

The San Diego Police Officers Association (SDPOA) established the DeGuzman Memorial Bridge Fund to rename the Palomar Street Bridge in Chula Vista.
