Three people were rescued after a sailboat struck the rocks Sunday night in Oceanside.
The incident happened around 9:20 p.m. The boat was stuck on the rocks in 4-foot water north of the jetty, Oceanside lifeguards said.
There were three people on board, lifeguards said. All were removed from the vessel without any injury.
The U.S. Coast Guard was called to assist the Oceanside Fire Department but were called off within minutes.
No other information was available.
