Police are searching for an 18-year-old boy they say is at-risk in the Imperial Beach area.
Gregory Burow was last heard from on June 2 at approximately 8:30 p.m.
He called his father from Hollister Street and Main Street near Imperial Beach, saying he had a flat tire but was heading home. However, he did not return home.
He is described as an 18-year-old man about 6 feet 1 inch, 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes last seen wearing black Adidas pants and a gray shirt.
Police said he suffers from bouts of amnesia.
