30STM pride themselves on their work ethic -- and have consistently been named as one of the hardest working acts in the music industry. In 2011, they entered the Guinness World Records for most live shows performed during a single album cycle with 300 shows! Wowzers. (Leto pictured)

Alice Merton blew us away with her incredible alt-pop tunes -- so much that we're featuring her on our Dec. 15 episode of SoundDiego TV (on NBC 7 right after "Saturday Night Live")!

Merton was born in Frankfurt, Germany, but moved frequently throughout her early life -- living in Ontario, Connecticut, New York, Munich, London and Berlin (among other places). It was in Berlin that she began to achieve musical success with her 2016 single "No Roots." She'd go on to release an EP of the same name in 2017 and is due to drop her debut full-length album, "Mint," in January.
