Oceanside City Councilman Jack Feller failed to report money he won playing poker at an Oceanside card room when he filed financial disclosure forms with the state according to a published report.
Feller and his political consultant, Mary Azevedo, told our media partners the North County Times Wednesday that they didn't know Feller was required to report the money he won in tournaments at Oceans Eleven Casino.
He told the paper he will report his winnings to the state Fair Political Practices Commission as soon as he learns how to do it.
